How to verify identity of the candidate in ezyRecruit

There are multiple ways you can enable ID verification for a candidate in ezyRecruit.

1. While starting the interview

Click here if you don’t know how to start the interview.

While starting the interview enable the toggle for ID Verification

This will enable the ID Verification at candidate side once you submit the answer.

Once the ID verification is done at candidate side, you will be able to view the report.

2. On report screen

If you didn’t enabled the ID Verification while starting the interview, you can still send the ID verification link to candidate.

Once you submitted the answers in the interview, you will see the report. On the report screen, click on the button Verify ID to send the link to the candidate.

3. On ezyRecruit > Reports screen

If you didn’t enabled the ID Verification while starting the interview and while viewing the report, you can send the ID verification link to candidate using this method.

• Navigate to ezyRecruit > Reports screen.
• Find the test for which you want to verify the candidate’s identity.
• Click on actions ”…”
• Click on Verify ID.

View ID Verification Report

To view the ID verification report of the candidate,

• Navigate to ezyRecruit > Reports screen.
• Find the test in which you have verified the identity of the candidate. ID verified candidates are marked as ID Verified
• Click on actions ”…”
• Click on ID Verification Report.
