How to add and submit timesheet as a employee

1. Click on My Timesheet

Select timesheet form the side menu and choose upload timesheet.

2. Select the month.

Select the month to add the tasks for that month.

3. Add task details

Select the project, task, date and hours worked on that day and click on add.

4. Add tasks for the entire month.

Subsequently add the tasks for all the working days of that month. Employee can also view all the tasks added on the same page.

5. Click on Submit button

Once you have added all the tasks for the complete month click on submit button.

6. Click on submitted timesheets

Once submitted you can view it in your submitted timesheets list with the status of it if pending, approved or rejected and also click on the three dots to download the submitted timesheet and view the rejection note if the timesheet is rejected by the employer.

Once the employee submits the timesheet,Employer gets notified in the mail.

How Employer and Reporting Manager views and updates all the employee’s timesheets

Employer Managing teams timesheets

1. Click on timesheet from the My Employees dropdown.

Choose timesheet form the side menu.

2. Select the employee from the employee dropdown

Once you are on submitted timesheets page, select the employee from the employees list.

3. View all the timesheets by the employee

Once you select the employee you can view all their timesheets , you can either approve or reject the request. You can also view the timesheet.

4. Approve the timesheet

You can approve the timesheet by clicking on approve.

5. Reject the timesheet

You can reject the timesheet by giving the rejection note and then slect reject.

Once the timesheet is approved or rejected, the employee will receive an email notification regarding the status update.
